1.培根切成两段

2.金针菇洗净切掉根部,焯水3分钟

3.用培根卷金针菇,卷好以后用牙签固定好

4.取一小碗,放入耗油,生抽,淀粉,加一点水,搅拌均匀

5.平底锅放入花生油,放入卷好的培根卷开始煎,煎至两面成金黄色

6.再加入调好的汁,开始收汁,等到汁剩三分之一的时候就可以了
